I Support Instructors and Want to Customize These Resources to Meet Their Needs

Introduction

If you’re an instructional designer or an instructional support specialist in one of U-M’s academic units and you want to use these resources in your own workshops or customize them to meet the needs of instructors you’re working with, we’ve got several options for you.

You can feel free to reuse or alter this content so that it best meets the needs of those with whom you’re working, however, we do request that you attribute credit appropriately and indicate where any changes have been made.

We will also be establishing a community of practice for instructional support specialists and instructional designers to connect with staff from the Center for Academic Innovation to discuss ways in which you can offer higher-touch engagement opportunities based on these materials, or to offer facilitated options of the Getting Started with Online Teaching course.

For more information, indicate your interest via our short survey, and we’ll notify you when meet-ups are scheduled.
